Fall is just around the corner

These past few days have been cold! I always sleep with a blanket and find myself kicking it off throughout the night, but the past few nights I have not. Cold mornings are not fun; but when I'm in the closet trying to find something to wear, I can finally reach for those sweaters and cardigan that have been longing for me to reach for them. Aside from the beautiful scenery, the best part of fall for me is putting my boots to use. They are usually sitting in the back of my closet all summer; feels good to be able to put them on. Boots are great for the winter as well, but I hate when the suede ones get ruined and stained with snow and I have to clean it. However, I'm looking forward to the rest of this fall and upcoming winter :)

Furry Tuesday

It's a little chilly today, so I decided to top today's outfit with a fur vest.
Since today is Tuesday, I'm hoping for dinner tonight we are having some BWWs! It's been a couple of years now that I've eaten there. My husband is working overtime tonight, so we'll have to see then :)

I also painted my nails this week. It's such a pretty baby blue color.

This is one of the newer colors from the Essie collection, and I believe it is one of the Resort shades. The color is called "In the Cab-ana".
